Ishita Organics

Ishita Organics is located at No. 26 Jelia Para Lane in Salkia. Jelia Para Lane is one of those narrow streets where you have to move to the side if a cycle-van comes through. Our building is simple and doesn't stand out much. Inside, we handle a variety of organic products. We spend our time weighing items and packing them into bags. It’s a lot of repetitive work, but we take it seriously. Salkia is a crowded area, so there’s always something going on right outside our door. We don't have a big sign or bright lights. Most people find us by word of mouth or because they live nearby. The air in the shop usually smells like grains and dried goods. We don't use any fancy machinery for the packing; it’s mostly done by hand. The shelves are made of plain wood and are always full of stock. Sometimes we run out of space and have to stack boxes on the floor. It’s not the most organized place in the world, but we know where everything is. We’ve been at No. 26 for a long time. The neighbors are friendly, and we often chat with them while we work. It’s a practical, no-nonsense kind of place. We just focus on getting the products ready for our customers without any extra fuss or ceremony. It is just how we like to work.
