We’ve been at 51/4B Rabindra Sarani for quite a while now. It’s the Gujarati Building, right near the Liluah Co-Operative Bank in Block-B. If you know the B-33 area in Liluah, you’ve probably walked past our door a dozen times. This part of Howrah, with the 711204 pin code, is where we handle the day-to-day operations for the glass business. It’s not a fancy office, just a practical space where we get the work done. People sometimes get lost looking for the bank first, but once you find that, we’re right there. The building has that old Howrah feel to it. There’s always something moving or a truck nearby. We don’t spend much time on decorations or looking slick because the industry side of things keeps everyone busy enough as it is. We deal with a lot of glass and industrial materials here. It’s loud sometimes, and the heat in the summer can be something else, but that’s just how it goes in this neighborhood. Most of the staff live close by or take the train into Liluah. We’ve seen the streets change over the years, mostly just more traffic. We just keep showing up and doing what we do. It’s a straightforward setup. No frills, just desks and files and the smell of the industrial area around us. We don't have a big corporate lobby. We just have a place to work.
