We've been at Dr. P.N.Ghosh Road for a while now. It's a busy spot in Bally. Most of us here grew up around Howrah, so we know how the local weather affects building work. We handle various construction jobs, from small fixes to bigger projects. Usually, people just walk in or call us when they need something done. It gets pretty humid here, which is something we always have to keep in mind when mixing cement or painting. We don't have a big fancy office, just a workspace where we keep our tools and plan out the week. Sometimes things get a bit hectic, but we manage. Most of the guys have been with us for years. We just try to get the work finished on time and make sure it's solid. It's not always pretty while the work is happening, as there's usually a lot of dust and noise, but that is just how construction is. We're part of the neighborhood, and you'll see our trucks moving around the narrow lanes quite often. If you pass by the Bally area, you’ll probably see us near the road. We don't do much advertising; word of mouth mostly keeps us busy enough. We just focus on the task at hand, whether it's a foundation or a roof repair. That is basically us. It is just a small group of us trying to make a living by doing honest work for the people living nearby in Howrah. We don't have many employees, just enough to get by.
