We are located over at 36/2/1 Hriday Krishna Banerjee Lane in Howrah. It’s a typical West Bengal neighborhood, and we’ve been here with Hilti India Pvt Ltd for quite some time. The lane is narrow and sometimes the delivery trucks have a bit of a hard time getting through, but we manage to make it work. Our office is simple and functional. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. Instead, it’s just a series of rooms where we handle the day-to-day operations. There’s always a lot of activity, with people coming in and out and phones ringing. We try to keep a friendly atmosphere, even when things get a bit stressful during the busy season. We don't use any corporate jargon or try to sound more important than we are. We are just a local team doing the necessary work to keep things moving. Most of us have lived in the area for years, so we know the local streets and the people around here. The building itself is older, but it has character. We spend our days tracking orders and making sure everything is where it should be. It’s a lot of manual work and checking details, but we take it one step at a time. If you drop by, you’ll find us just being ourselves, working hard in the middle of Howrah every day until the job is finished.
