Gyan Deep

Gyan Deep is a small setup we have in Howrah, specifically in the 711101 zip code area. We have been around for a bit, helping out with basic education and coaching for the local kids. It is a simple place, really. We have a few rooms that we have filled with chairs and boards. It is not the kind of place that has air conditioning or fancy computers for everyone. We mostly stick to the old-fashioned way of learning with notebooks and pens. The street outside can get quite busy during the day, so you can always hear the sounds of Howrah coming through the windows. It is a bit of a lived-in space, with some marks on the walls and floors that have seen many feet over the years. We do not have a massive team of people. It is just a few of us who live nearby and wanted to do something useful for the neighborhood. Parents in the area seem to appreciate having a place like this close to home. We do not make a big deal out of what we do. It is just about showing up and helping the students understand their homework and prepare for their tests. Sometimes we have a bit of tea between classes and talk about what is happening in the neighborhood. It is a very grounded, local business. We just try to do right by the families that trust us.
