Ex In Enterprise is tucked away in Mandirtala, right on Ambika Ghosal Lane. Finding 15/2/1 can be tricky if you don't know the shortcuts around Shibpur. It’s a tight lane, but we like it here. We handle a lot of different things throughout the day. It’s mostly just making sure things get from one place to another without too much trouble. Sometimes the rain makes the lane a bit messy, but that’s just how it is. We’ve got a small team. Everyone knows everyone’s business, which has its ups and downs. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to keep the business running. There’s a tea stall not far away where we spend too much time probably. The office is a bit cramped with boxes stacked in the corners. We keep saying we’ll organize the storage room, but it never happens. We’ve been at this for some time. You learn how to deal with the local rhythms. The morning rush is always the busiest, then it quiets down in the afternoon. We don’t have a fancy lobby or anything like that. Just a door and some desks and a lot of paperwork. It’s a lot of mundane stuff, really. Checking lists, making calls, waiting for deliveries. We just get on with it. It’s home for us during the day. The fan in the corner makes a clicking sound that we’ve stopped noticing. We just keep working through the list of tasks we have.
