You can find us at 57/3 Bashiruddin Munshi Lane in Howrah. Elite Brands is a bit of a funny name because we’re really just a small team working out of a crowded lane. Howrah is a busy, noisy place, and our office fits right in with the rest of the neighborhood. We handle a variety of products, mostly dealing with distribution and getting things where they need to go. It’s a lot of paperwork, phone calls, and moving boxes around the storage area. We don't have a big corporate headquarters with a lobby or a receptionist. Usually, whoever is closest to the door is the one who answers it when someone knocks. We’ve been at this address for a while and we know the neighbors well. The street is narrow, so getting deliveries in and out can be a bit of a headache, especially during peak hours, but we make it work. We aren't interested in sounding like a big multinational company. We’re just local people doing business in West Bengal. Some days are more chaotic than others, especially when several shipments arrive at once and the boxes pile up. We just roll up our sleeves and get to it. We don't have a mission statement on the wall; we just want to make sure the orders are correct and they get sent out on time to our customers. It’s a simple way of doing things, but it’s worked for us so far.
