We have this long address that takes a bit to explain to delivery drivers. It is a bit of a maze back here. We spend our time thinking about new food ideas and how to make them work. It isn't always easy. Innovation sounds like a big word, but mostly it is just trying things out in the kitchen and seeing what happens. The building is simple. We don't have a big sign out front. Most people who come here already know where they are going. D.S. Lane has its own character. Sometimes it is quiet, and then suddenly it is very noisy. We have a small team of people from the local area. We don’t go in for big corporate speeches. We just talk like regular people because that is who we are. The workspace is a bit cramped when we have a lot of stock, but we manage. West Bengal is home for us, and Howrah is where we feel comfortable. There is a lot of hard work involved in keeping an Llp going. We just take it one day at a time and try to keep things organized.
