Global Export

Our operations are centered in the Indrapala area, specifically in Baruipur Durgapur South. It is a bit away from the main rush of the city, which gives us more space for all the packing we have to do. We deal with exports, so our days are mostly spent wrapping items, checking weights, and filling out shipping manifests. The warehouse is a big open space with a metal roof, and it gets pretty loud when the rain hits it. We don't have a fancy office with air conditioning; we mostly just rely on the breeze and some large fans. There are boxes stacked up to the ceiling in some places, and we are always running out of packing tape. It’s a busy life here in Baruipur. We have a small crew and we all pitch in with the heavy lifting when the trucks arrive. Sometimes the roads around Durgapur South can be a bit rough, which makes the logistics a little challenging, but we manage to get things moving eventually. We drink a lot of tea and usually have a radio playing somewhere in the background to keep the energy up. It’s not a corporate setting by any means. It’s a place where work actually happens and things get shipped out to different parts of the world. We don't put on any airs about what we do. We just pack the goods and send them on their way.
