S. P. Industries

S. P. Industries is located on V Road in Dasnagar. We are quite close to the Netaji School, so we often hear the kids playing or the bell ringing during the day. It’s a bit of an odd mix having a school so close to an industrial area, but it’s just how the neighborhood grew up. Our workshop is a modest building. It isn't very large, so we have to stay organized or we run out of room quickly. We don't have a lot of fancy equipment, just the basics that we’ve used for a long time. The floor is concrete and the lights flicker sometimes, but it’s where we do our work. We aren't a corporate entity with lots of levels of management. It’s just us. We handle the orders, do the work, and talk to the customers ourselves. Sometimes we sit outside for a break when the weather is nice. We don't have a mission statement or anything like that. We just try to finish what we started. Dasnagar is a hardworking area, and we fit right in. We don't use a lot of jargon. If something is broken, we say it’s broken. If we are busy, we say we are busy. We’ve found that being direct is the best way to handle things. We have been on V Road for years and plan to stay for many more. It's just a regular local spot.
