Coffee House Classic

Our little spot is located in Bazarpara, right near the police station in Uluberia. It is a simple place where we make coffee and serve some basic snacks to whoever walks in. The tables are just regular plastic ones and sometimes they wobble if the floor isn't perfectly flat, which it isn't. We have been here for a while and most of the locals know where to find us. It gets really crowded in the evenings when people are done with their work and want a place to sit for a bit. We don't have any of those fancy coffee menus with names you can't pronounce. We just make what people like. The kitchen is small and sometimes we run out of things if the market was slow that morning. We don't mind the noise from the street coming in because that is just part of being in Bazarpara. Usually, the radio is playing some local music in the background, but not too loud. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint soon, but for now, they are fine. It is an honest place to get a drink and sit down for a minute. We handle everything ourselves, from cleaning the floors to making the tea and coffee. It is not a corporate chain, just us trying to keep the doors open and the stove hot for the customers who come by every day to talk for a while before they head back home.
