Our place, Bugial, is located at 39/2 Sarada Chatterjee Lane in Howrah. It’s pretty easy to find because we are directly opposite the Kadamtala Power House. That’s the landmark everyone uses. The 711101 area is a tight-knit part of the city. Our office isn't very large, but we’ve made it work for us. We have the basic equipment we need to book trips and organize travel for folks. It’s a simple room with some chairs and a desk where we do our thinking and our typing. Being across from the power house means there is always something going on nearby. Sarada Chatterjee Lane is a typical Howrah street. We don't have any polished corporate branding. It’s just the name on the door. We spend our days talking to people about where they want to go and how much they want to spend. It’s honest work. Sometimes we have a lot of people waiting, and other times it’s quiet enough to read the paper. We handle the local travel needs for the neighborhood. If you are near Kadamtala, you’ve probably walked past us a dozen times. We don't try to be anything we aren't. We are just a local spot for travel info. There’s no script we follow when people walk in. We just talk like regular people and get the job done. It’s been our routine for a long time and we like the neighborhood just fine. We just keep things moving here.
