We are located right here on the ground floor of Aurobinda Road in Howrah. If you know where Kalpana Clinic is, you can find us easily because we are just near that spot. It’s been a good number of years since we started running things here. Most mornings, I open up early and get the place ready for the day. It’s a busy street, especially with people going back and forth for their checkups or just walking to work. My family helps out too when the crowd gets a bit much in the evenings. We keep the basic stuff people ask for every day. Sometimes it feels like the shelf needs more space but we manage with what we have. People around here know us by name, which is nice. It’s not a fancy place, just a regular shop where you can stop by and get what you need without much fuss. We try to keep the stock updated so nobody leaves disappointed. The fan inside makes a bit of noise but it keeps the heat away during the summer months. Dealing with suppliers takes up some of my time in the afternoons. Sometimes the traffic on Aurobinda Road makes the deliveries late but that is how things go in this part of town. We are just doing our work and keeping the shop open for the neighborhood. It is a simple life here in Howrah for us.
