If you go down Girish Ghosh Road in Liluah, you’ll find us at 99/1/C. It’s a typical Liluah spot, meaning there’s a lot of iron and steel work happening all around us. We’ve been here for a good while, and the building has seen better days, but it serves us just fine for the kind of work we do. We mostly deal with trade and supply, so there are always stacks of items waiting to be picked up or shipped out. The dust from the road and the nearby workshops gets into everything, so we’ve given up on keeping things perfectly clean. It’s an honest kind of mess. Most of our day is spent talking to clients who drop by or calling up people to check on deliveries. We don't really use a lot of high-tech systems; a lot of things are still written down in big registers. The guys working here are local, and they know the neighborhood like the back of their hand. When the monsoon hits, the road outside gets quite muddy, but the work doesn't really stop. We just put on some boots and keep moving. It’s a simple operation. We don't have a big sign or a fancy lobby. People know where we are and what we do, and that’s usually enough. It’s just a regular small business trying to keep up with the daily grind in an industrial part of town.
