Bhattacharjee Variety Store

Bhattacharjee Variety Store is located in the Lokenath Pally Bazaar area of Rajchandrapur, over in Howrah. As the name says, we keep a variety of things. You can find everything from small toys for children to kitchen supplies and basic toiletries. We have been here in the bazaar for quite some time now. It is a lively place, especially on market days when everyone from the surrounding areas comes in. The store is packed with stuff, and sometimes it takes a minute to find exactly what you are looking for, but we usually know where everything is hidden. We do not have any fancy air conditioning, just a couple of ceiling fans that hum all day long. It gets a bit hot in the summer, but the customers do not seem to mind much. We are just a local family trying to make a living by helping our neighbors get what they need. We do not do any big promotions or discounts like the big stores do. People come to us because they know us and they trust that we have what they want. Sometimes we stay open a little later if we see people still walking around the bazaar.
