If you are looking for us, we are right by the Belgachia Petrol Pump on Benaras Road. It is a busy stretch of road and the traffic can be a real headache some days. Our place at P-58/6 is where we keep all the solar equipment and the batteries. It is not a very big shop, but we pack a lot into it. We spend a lot of our time out on roofs rather than sitting behind a desk. Solar work is mostly about climbing ladders and making sure the wires are tucked away where they won't get caught by the wind. People often stop by just to ask if these panels actually work when it’s cloudy or during the monsoon. We try to give them a plain answer without using too many technical words that nobody understands anyway. The back room is usually messy with boxes and spare cables. We try to keep things organized but when three orders come in at once, the floor gets covered pretty fast. Benaras Road has a lot of dust, so we are always wiping down the display units. It is just a few of us here doing the installs and the deliveries. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. We just focus on getting the panels up and running so the lights stay on for our neighbors in Belgachia. It is just how we run things here every day.
