We have to be careful with the logistics because getting things in and out of this part of Howrah takes a bit of planning. The roads aren't always great, especially when it rains hard, but we manage to keep things moving. We aren't big on corporate meetings or anything like that. Instead, we spend our time checking the batches and making sure the packaging is done correctly. It’s practical work that needs a lot of attention. Sometimes the power goes out, and we have to switch to the generators, which is just part of the routine here. We’ve been based in this village for a while, and the locals know us well. It’s a simple setup where we just get the job done and try to make sure we're contributing something useful to the healthcare sector without making a big fuss about it.
