We are located in Baltikuri Kalitala. It’s a place with a lot of small workshops and people making things. We focus on toolings here. It’s a lot of precision work, but the environment is pretty rough-and-tumble. We’ve got lathes and milling machines that have seen a lot of use. The floor is usually covered in metal shavings, and there’s always that smell of cutting oil in the air. We’ve been in this spot for years. Most of the people here grew up in this part of town. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing department. If you want to know what we do, you just come by and look at the work on the benches. It’s a small operation, just a handful of us making tools and dies. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait around, but usually, we’re busy from morning until evening. We aren't big on formal meetings. We just talk over the noise of the machines. It’s a bit messy and the walls could use a fresh coat of paint, but the tools we make are solid. That’s what matters to us. It’s a simple way of making a living. We just keep the machines running and try to get the dimensions right on every piece we handle. Sometimes the rain makes the roof leak a bit, but we just move the machines and keep working.
