Anjana Art Jewellery

You can find us on the second floor of Anukulay Bhawan in Uttar Jhapordah, Domjur. We are right across from Brojen Mondal Stonewala and very close to the IDBI Bank. It is a bit of a climb up the stairs, but the light is better up here for looking at small details. Anjana Art Jewellery is where we spend most of our daylight hours. The workshop area is filled with tools, little beads, and pieces of metal. It can get a bit messy when we are in the middle of a project. We don't have a big showroom with fancy lights. It is more of a workspace where we sit and get things done. Sometimes the neighbors from the other offices pop in to chat. We usually have the radio playing softly in the background to keep things lively. My hands are usually covered in something by the end of the day. We try to keep our inventory organized, but sometimes things end up in the wrong box. It is a small operation, just a few of us working together. We don't really do much advertising; people usually find us through word of mouth or by seeing the sign when they are at the bank. It is honest work and we enjoy the process of making things by hand. Each piece takes time and we try not to rush even when we are busy. We just keep our heads down and focus on the task.
