S. K. Hand Embroidery

S. K. Hand Embroidery is located in Khorop South Para, over in Amta. It is a quiet place compared to the big cities. We do all our work by hand here. We have a group of people who are very skilled with needles and thread. It’s a slow process, but that is just how hand embroidery works. You can't rush it if you want it to look right. The workspace is simple, with plenty of light coming in so we can see the fine details of the fabric. We have been doing this in South Para for a long time. It’s a tradition for us and our families. We don't have a big marketing team or a fancy website. Most people find us because they know someone who has used our services before. We work on a lot of different garments, adding patterns and designs as requested by our customers. Sometimes our fingers get tired or the light fades, and we have to stop for the day and start again tomorrow. It’s a very practical kind of work. We aren't interested in being a massive factory. We like the small-scale feel of what we do. It allows us to keep an eye on every piece we finish. Our neighborhood is peaceful, which helps with the concentration needed for this kind of work. We just keep our heads down and focus on the stitches. It's what we know how to do best, and we've been doing it for years now.
