Roy Hand Embroidery

Roy Hand Embroidery is located over in Noupara South Para, right in the Amta area. It is a quiet corner where we spend most of our hours working with our hands. This isn't a factory with big machines making noise all day long. Instead, you will mostly hear the sound of needles and fabric moving around. We have been in Amta for a good bit of time now, and the local rhythm of the place is what we are used to. Sometimes the light in the afternoon is just right for the detailed work we do. We don’t have a flashy storefront with bright neon signs. If you walk down the lane in South Para, you’ll find us tucked away. It’s the kind of work that takes patience, and we have plenty of that. Some days we are busier than others, especially when there is a lot of thread to sort through. We keep our supplies organized as well as we can, though sometimes the scrap pieces end up all over the floor by the end of the day. It is just how it goes when you are making things by hand. The neighborhood knows us, and we know them. We don't spend money on big ads or anything. We just sit here in Noupara and keep our hands moving. It feels good to finish a piece and start the next one without rushing.
