You can find us on the ground floor at 115 Ramkrishnapur Lane in Howrah. The address is a bit long with the LP-102/23 number, but most people just look for the green door. Howrah is always crowded and noisy, and our lane is no different. We have been here for a while now, just working out of this small ground floor space. It is not a polished office with glass walls or fancy desks. It is a bit cramped with all the papers and chairs, but it works for us and the people who visit. We do a lot of different things depending on who walks through the door. Sometimes it is about helping someone with a form, other times it is just listening to their problems. We are just regular people who live around here. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just rely on people telling their friends about us. The fans hum all day to keep the heat away while we work. It is a very normal, local operation. Sometimes the rain floods the lane a bit, but we still show up. We like being part of the Howrah community. It is gritty and tough but there is a lot of heart here. We just try to be a small part of that every single day.
