Wendt India Ltd is situated at plots 69-70 in Sipcot Hosur. Hosur is a major industrial town and being in SIPCOT means we are surrounded by a lot of heavy industry. It is a big area and you need to know where you are going to find us. Our plots are quite large because of the kind of work we do. It’s a lot of industrial processes happening inside. The air in Hosur is a bit different from the nearby city of Bangalore. It feels more rugged here. We start our shifts early to beat the heat that can build up in a big plant like ours. There is a lot of noise from the machinery, but that is the sound of things being made. The workers here are used to the industrial environment. We have been in this spot for a long time and have seen SIPCOT grow around us. We don't spend money on fancy lobbies. We put our effort into the workshop floor where the actual work happens. People commute from all over to get to this site. It is a long day for most of us, but there is a sense of satisfaction in finishing a hard day's work. We are just one part of the huge industrial chain here in Hosur. Our focus is just on the daily operations and keeping the machines going. It is a gritty job but someone has to do it.
