Surya Electric Hardware

Our shop, Surya Electric Hardware, is located right on the main road that goes from Hosur to Bangalore. We’re at 1/9 C in Mookandapalli. If you know the Murugan Temple, we are directly opposite it. There’s an ICICI ATM nearby too, which makes it easy for people to find us. We sell all kinds of electrical and hardware stuff. It’s a bit of a mess sometimes with wires, bulbs, and tools everywhere, but we know where everything is. People come in looking for a specific screw or a certain type of wire for their home repairs. We spend a lot of time behind the counter. It’s a busy road so there’s always the sound of horns and trucks. We’ve been here long enough that we’ve seen the area grow quite a bit. The shop isn't very large, so we have to stack things high on the shelves. Sometimes we have to use a ladder to reach what a customer wants. We aren't a big chain store. We just run this one place and try to be helpful. If we don’t have something, we usually know where you can find it. It’s a practical business. We open early because that’s when the builders and electricians are out looking for supplies. It’s just us, some tools, and a lot of hardware. We keep a small radio playing in the corner to pass the time.
