Star Cctv Solutions is our small business over at 74/19, Gkd Nagar. We are right on Avallapalli Road in Basthi. It's a busy enough spot and we've gotten used to the noise from the road. We handle cameras mostly, but we also deal with the DVRs and all the networking stuff that goes along with them. It’s not a complicated place. We have a desk, some shelves for the stock, and a few chairs for when customers want to sit down and see the video quality. We’ve seen a lot of changes in the tech over the years, but the basic work is still the same. People come in from all over the Basthi area because they know we’ve been here at Gkd Nagar for a bit. We don't use any fancy scripts or have a marketing team. It’s just us. Sometimes the shop gets a bit cluttered with boxes when a new shipment comes in, but we clear it out eventually. We just want to make sure the cameras we sell actually show a clear picture. If a customer has a problem, they just drop by and we take a look at it. It's a local way of doing things. No big corporate rules to follow. We just open the doors and see who needs help with their security. We usually have the radio playing in the background while we work on the equipment. It's a simple life and we enjoy running the shop on Avallapalli Road.
