Sri Hari Exports

Sri Hari Exports is situated at No. 80 on 3rd Cross Street. It is a fairly quiet stretch compared to the main roads around here. We have been operating from this building for a good bit of time now. The space inside is mostly taken up by boxes and the different things we are preparing to send out. We don’t have any flashy decorations or a big lobby. When you walk in, you’re basically right in the middle of where the work happens. My desk is tucked in the corner, and I can see everyone from there. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking emails to see where the containers are. It’s not the most exciting work, but it keeps us busy from morning until evening. Sometimes the power goes out for an hour, and we just sit outside on the steps and talk until it comes back on. That’s just how it is in this neighborhood. We know the other shop owners on 3rd Cross, and we usually help each other out if someone needs a hand with a heavy load. It is a straightforward operation. We don’t try to be something we aren’t. We just handle the exports, keep the logs updated, and try to get home before the traffic gets too bad. It feels like a second home to most of us because we spend so much time here together throughout the week.
