Sri Avm Industries Unit Ii

This is our second unit, located at 28, Phase 3 of the Sidco Industrial Estate in Zuzuvadi. It’s a fairly large shed where we do most of our heavy production work. We moved here because we needed the extra room that the first unit didn't have anymore. It’s a bit dusty and hot, especially in the afternoons when the sun hits the metal roof. We have several rows of machines and a big area for packing the finished goods. Sri Avm Industries has been around for a while, but this Unit II feels like our main hub now. We have a group of guys who commute from the nearby villages to work here every morning. They are good workers and we all know each other's families by now. There’s no formal dress code or anything fancy; we just wear what’s practical for the job at hand. The industrial estate is quite spread out, so it’s fairly quiet except for the sounds of our own work. We don't spend much time on the computer unless we are checking orders or invoices. Most of our day is spent on our feet, moving materials around and checking the output. We try to keep things organized, but in a place this big, stuff tends to get moved around when we are busy. It’s a lot of physical labor, but we’re used to it after all these years. We just keep our heads down and focus on the daily output. It’s just a regular factory doing regular work.
