Sekar Motors

Sekar Motors is located at number 62 on the Dharmapuri Main Road. Most people find us by looking for Palani Grocery Shop, which is right nearby. It’s a well-known landmark in this part of town. Our place is basically a workshop where we spend our days fixing motors and getting bikes and cars back in shape. It is a bit of a messy spot, with oil stains on the floor and tools scattered across the workbenches. We have been here for years, and Sekar himself is usually the one with the most grease on his shirt. We don't have a waiting room with a TV or anything like that. People usually just stand around or go to Palani’s for a snack while we work. The Main Road is always busy, so there is plenty of noise and dust coming in from the front. We get a lot of local farmers and workers who need their transport fixed quickly so they can get back to their jobs. We don't do much advertising; word of mouth is how most folks hear about us. If we can't fix it, we will tell you straight, but usually, we find a way to make it run again. It is a simple setup, just some basic machinery and a lot of hard work. We stay open pretty late if there is a big job to finish. That is just how we have always done things here on Dharmapuri Main Road. It works for us and for our customers.
