Paracoat Products Ltd

Our factory is at M Ii 138 in the New Astc Hudco area of Hosur. Being in Tamil Nadu, the weather is usually quite warm, so we keep the fans going all day. At Paracoat Products Ltd, we deal with a lot of coatings and materials. The air often smells like the stuff we work with, which you get used to after a while. It’s a busy industrial neighborhood, and there is always the sound of machines or trucks in the background. We spend most of our time on the floor making sure the production is moving along as it should. It is hard work and it can get a bit messy, but that is just the nature of what we do. We have been in the Hudco colony for a long time and we know the other businesses around here pretty well. We don't have any big corporate offices or polished marketing people. It’s just us and the machines. We focus on getting the orders out on time and making sure the coatings are applied right. Sometimes we stay late when there is a big job to finish. We take our breaks together and talk about the local news or the heat. It is a very straightforward way to make a living. We just do the work and try to do it right. The day starts early and ends when the shift is over.
