Our factory is at Plot 83 in the SIPCOT Complex, Phase-I. Being in a big industrial park like SIPCOT means we are around a lot of other manufacturing units. Pan Electronics (India) Limited has been operating from this plot for quite a while. We focus on electronic components and different parts that go into larger machines. It’s a very industrial setting. You won’t find any fancy decorations in our workspace; it’s all about the production lines and the testing stations. We have a lot of machines running, so it can get a bit loud during the day. We don’t really do the whole corporate polish thing. We’re just workers and engineers trying to make sure everything we produce meets the basic standards needed. The atmosphere in Phase-I is always busy, with trucks moving in and out all the time. Our team is used to the routine of the factory floor. We don't spend time on promotional speeches. If someone needs to know about our products, we just show them what we have. It’s a practical, no-nonsense environment. Sometimes the weather gets really hot in the complex, but we just keep the fans going and stay on task. We’ve been part of this industrial landscape for years, and we’ve seen the complex grow around us. It’s a simple way of operating, focusing on the hardware and the day-to-day assembly work without any extra fuss or fancy talk. It works for us.
