Being in Mahaveer Complex on Nethaji Road means there is always something going on outside our door. Sri Masani Amman Imports And Exports is in Shop No. B-1, which is pretty easy to find once you get into the complex. Hosur can be a bit dusty and loud, especially near the Main Besar Road, but we are used to it by now. The shop isn't huge, so we have to be very organized with how we stack the boxes. If we aren't careful, there’s no room to walk between the desks. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking the computer for updates on different shipments. It's a lot of back and forth with different people all day long. Sometimes the electricity goes out for a bit, and we just have to wait it out or work by the light from the door. It’s a practical setup, nothing for show. People come by the shop to drop off documents or check on their orders. We don't have a receptionist or anything; whoever is closest to the door just helps out. It’s a small team, so everyone knows how to do a bit of everything. From the morning sweep to closing the shutters at night, it’s just a regular cycle of work. Being near the main road helps with getting things transported quickly, even if the traffic is a headache sometimes. The shop is small but it works for us.
