Our place is out on Royakotta Road in Hosur. It’s a busy spot, especially in the mornings when everyone is trying to get to work at the same time. Luk India Pvt Ltd has been operating from this Pb No. 20 address for a good while now. The building isn’t brand new or anything, but it serves its purpose. Inside, it’s mostly just people focused on their tasks. We have some old desks and the filing system is a bit of a mess, but we know where everything is. The fans hum all day long to keep the heat away, though they don't always do a great job when it gets really hot in April. Sometimes we get visitors who get lost trying to find the turn-off from the main road, so we usually tell them to look for the big tree near the gate. We aren't big on fancy meetings or long presentations. It’s more about getting the parts moved and the paperwork filed. On Fridays, things feel a little slower, and we might spend a bit more time talking about the weekend. The neighborhood around here is mostly other industrial units, so there’s always the sound of hammers or engines in the background. It’s just how it is. We make our tea in the small pantry and try to keep things moving. There’s no big secret to how we work, we just show up and do it.
