Ashwa Groups

We've been at No. 168 in Kamaraj Nagar for a while now. Sipcot- 1 is a busy place, always something happening with the industrial side of things. Most mornings start with tea and figuring out the schedule for the day. It's not a flashy office, just a practical space where we get things done. People know where to find us. Sometimes the power goes out, or the road gets dusty because of the trucks, but that's just part of being here. We deal with Ashwa Groups stuff all day. It’s mostly just us trying to keep things moving smoothly without any trouble. Kamaraj Nagar is a decent spot for a business like ours because we’re right in the middle of the action. We don't have a huge staff, just a few of us who have known each other a long time. It feels more like a small family than a big company. We usually have lunch together and talk about what needs fixing or who’s coming by later. Being in Sipcot- 1 means there's always noise from the nearby units, but you get used to it after a week. We don't spend much time on fancy decorations. The walls have some old calendars and charts. We just focus on the work that comes in. If you walk past No. 168, you'll probably see one of us outside talking on the phone or checking a delivery. It’s a simple life here, just doing what we do every day without much fuss.
