Hzl( Under Contrector)

Our setup is out in Post Boarda, which is part of the Tehsil Gangrar area in Chittorgarh. We work under a contractor, so things are usually a bit more hands-on than a typical office job. We don’t have a flashy building with glass walls. It’s mostly just a practical space where we keep our tools and coordinate the day's tasks. The weather out here in Rajasthan can be pretty tough, especially when the sun is high, but we’re used to it. Most of the people working here are from the local villages nearby. We show up, check the schedule, and get to work. It’s a lot of physical labor and being out on the sites. We don’t spend much time sitting around talking. The focus is always on the next task. Sometimes the roads are dusty and the machines are loud, but that’s just part of the environment. We’ve been doing this for a long time. There isn’t a fancy sign or a reception desk. If you need us, you usually have to find us out in the field. We don’t use any big words to describe what we do. It’s just hard work that needs to be finished. We keep our gear in order and make sure everyone knows their role for the day. That’s about as complicated as it gets for us. The days are long but we don't complain about it. We just keep the machines running and wait for the weekend.
