Grace - Et is situated over at A - 13/11 in the Tnhb Colony on Bagalur Road. It’s a quiet enough area most days, which suits us just fine. We’ve been operating out of this spot for a bit, and it’s become like a second home to the few of us who work here. The building is simple, nothing that stands out too much from the other houses and offices in the colony. We handle a variety of things related to our trade, mostly just keeping the inventory organized and answering the phone when it rings. It’s not a fast-paced corporate environment. We take things as they come. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit, or the delivery truck shows up later than expected, but we don't let it bother us too much. We just sit out front for a minute and wait it out. Our neighbors are mostly families and other small businesses, so there’s a nice local feel to the place. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing team telling people what to think. We just do our work, make sure the orders are correct, and try to be fair with everyone we deal with. It’s a practical way to run things. Bagalur Road stays busy, but inside our little corner of Tnhb Colony, it stays pretty manageable and straightforward. We like it that way, just keeping things simple and honest.
