Cadma Tools

Being out in Phase-VI of the SIDCO Industrial Estate means it’s a bit of a drive for some, but for us at Cadma Tools, it’s just where we go every morning. Our spot at 22-A is right in the middle of all the noise and activity. You can hear the metal clanging from the shop next door all day. Inside, we keep things pretty organized, though there’s always a stray wrench or some metal shavings somewhere on the floor. It’s the kind of place where you wear heavy boots and don’t mind getting your hands a bit dirty. We’ve got a small office area, but most of the action happens out on the floor. The lunchroom is just a few chairs and a table where we talk about whatever’s on the news. It’s a simple setup. We don’t have a big marketing team or anyone in suits. It’s just the guys and the machines. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish a batch, and the lights hum in the quiet of the estate. The rain sounds really loud on the roof during monsoon season. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing. No one is trying to impress anyone here. We just know our way around the equipment and try to keep things moving along. Sometimes the delivery truck is late, and we just wait around for it.
