Bioplus Life Sciences Pvt. Ltd. is located in Bioplus Park, which sits within Phase II of the Sipcot Industrial Area. We are right on the Krishnagiri Main Road, so there is always a lot of traffic passing by our gates. The park is quite large and it’s a very functional, industrial space. We don’t have any gardens or fancy decorations; it’s just buildings and equipment for the work we do. Being in life sciences means we have to stay very focused, so the office is usually a pretty serious place. However, we are all just regular people who have been working here for quite a while. We don’t have any big corporate slogans or anyone trying to sell a certain image. We just focus on the science and the production schedules. The cafeteria is where we all hang out and talk about things other than work. It gets quite hot out here on the main road, and the commute can be long for some of us, but we always make it in. We’ve seen this industrial area grow quite a bit over the years, with new factories popping up all around us. We just keep our heads down and focus on what needs to be done for the day. It’s a straightforward environment, and we like that there isn't any unnecessary fuss. We just do our work and keep the facility running.
