Bimetal Bearings Limited

This unit is situated right on NH 7, along the Krishnagiri Road in Perandapalli. Being on the highway means there is always a lot of movement. We make bimetal bearings here. The factory is quite large and it gets hot during the summer months. We have shifts running to keep up with the production. It’s a very industrial setting. There are stacks of raw materials in the yard and the smell of cooling oil is everywhere. We aren’t really set up for visitors, it’s mostly just a production site. The workers here are from the local villages nearby. We spend our days watching the machines and making sure the measurements are right. It’s precise work but in a very rugged environment. The trucks come in and out all day long, taking the finished bearings to different places. There is a small canteen where we all eat lunch. It’s nothing fancy, just basic food. We’ve been on this stretch of road for quite some time. The building shows its age a little, with some cracks in the pavement and weathered paint. But the equipment inside is what matters. We don’t spend much time worrying about the office decor. We just focus on the manufacturing process. It’s loud, it’s busy, and it’s a lot of hard work. That’s the reality of a place like this on the highway. We just get through the production list and start over the next day. It is what it is.
