Down at Plot No.111 in Sipcot, things stay pretty busy. We’re in Phase-1 over in Krishnagiri, which is a good spot for a place like ours. The building is just a standard industrial unit, nothing that stands out from the road. Inside, though, it’s a different story. There’s a lot of specialized gear for circuit work. You can hear the hum of the machines as soon as you step through the door. It’s not the quietest place to spend a day, but you get used to it. The team here is mostly local people from around the area. We show up, have our morning coffee, and get straight to the boards. Precision is key, so everyone stays focused on their bench. We deal with a lot of green boards and tiny components that can be hard on the eyes after a few hours. Lunch is usually a quick affair in the back room before we get back to the lines. We’ve been here long enough that we know most of the delivery drivers by name. It’s a straightforward operation. We don’t have a big sales team or a shiny lobby. It’s just us, the tools, and the orders that need shipping out by the end of the day. Sometimes things get backed up when a machine acts up, but we figure it out. That’s just part of life at Ascent Circuits. We just try to keep the workflow moving as smooth as we can.
