Ascent Circuits Pvt Ltd.

Our facility, Ascent Circuits Pvt Ltd., is located at Plot No. 111 in the Sipcot Industrial Complex, Phase-1. It’s a pretty large area, and we have a lot of space to work with here. Being in an industrial complex means there is always something going on around us. You can hear trucks and other factories working day and night. We focus on circuit boards, which is detailed and precise work. We have a lot of specialized equipment that needs to stay clean and well-maintained. It can be a bit of a challenge keeping the dust out in a place like this, but we do our best. The staff here is a mix of older experts and some younger people learning the ropes. We don’t have a big corporate cafeteria, so we usually just bring our own food and eat together in the breakroom. It’s a practical setup. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy lobby or modern art on the walls. We just want to make sure the boards we produce are reliable and work the way they should. Sometimes the humidity messes with the production line, and we have to adjust things on the fly. That’s just part of the job. We’ve been at this for a long time and we’ve built up a lot of experience. It’s hard work, but we take pride in doing it right every day without any fuss.
