We are over at Plot Number 111 in Phase-1 of the Sipcot Industrial Complex. It’s a massive area, and sometimes people get a bit lost trying to find our specific gate among all the other factories. We have been operating here for a while now, and the routine is pretty set. The shifts start early, and there is always a line of bikes and cars out front. Inside, it’s all about the circuits. We have various sections for different parts of the process, and it can get quite noisy when everything is running at once. It’s a busy environment where you have to watch where you're walking because there is usually someone moving a pallet of materials or finished goods. We don't have a fancy lobby with plants and soft music; it’s more about the actual production floor. Most of the staff live nearby, so there’s a bit of a local feel to the place despite being in a big industrial zone. We eat our lunch together and complain about the weather just like anyone else. We don't spend money on big ads or trying to sound like a giant corporation. We just focus on getting the boards made and shipped out of the complex on time. It’s hard work, but it’s what we know how to do, and we’ve been doing it at Plot 111 for years.
