We have been operating out of Plot No. 111 in the SIPCOT Industrial Complex for quite some time now. Being in Phase - 1 means there is always a lot of movement around us. You can hear the trucks coming in and out at all hours, and the industrial park has its own rhythm that you just get used to after a few years. At ASCENT CIRCUITS PRIVATE LIMITED, the daily routine is pretty straightforward. We deal with circuit boards and the technical side of things, which keeps the team busy from morning until the evening. The air in this part of the town is often thick with the sounds of other factories, but inside our walls, we just focus on the boards in front of us. Most of the guys here have been working together for years, so we don't need to say much to get the job done. It’s not a fancy setup, just a practical space where we can set up the machines and make sure everything is running right. Sometimes the weather gets really hot, and the industrial shed reflects that heat, but we just keep the fans going and stay on schedule. People know where to find us because Plot 111 is a familiar spot in this complex. We don’t spend much time on decorations or making things look pretty for visitors. The focus is always on the work on the benches. It’s a loud, busy place, but it’s where we belong.
