Agila Specialities Pvt. Ltd.

Our place, Agila Specialities Pvt. Ltd., is located on Plot No. 14 in the second SIPCOT area off Krishnagiri Road. It’s a big industrial zone, so there is always a lot of trucks and activity around. We work on specialty items, which mostly means we have to be careful about how things are handled and packaged. The facility is set up for efficiency, though sometimes things don't go exactly as planned and we have to adjust. It’s the kind of place where you wear your boots and get to work as soon as you clock in. We have a mix of local people and some who travel a bit of a distance to get here. The road outside can get a bit dusty with all the construction going on nearby, but inside we keep things as organized as we can. It’s not a quiet office job; there is always a hum of machinery in the background. We don’t put on airs here. If you come by, you’ll see people in their work gear making sure the orders are filled and the stocks are managed. We’ve been at this SIPCOT location for a while now, and we have gotten used to the rhythm of the place. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything. We just focus on the manufacturing and making sure the logistics don't fall apart. It is honest work that requires a lot of attention, but we don't make a big deal out of it. We just do the job.
