You can find our setup near the Old Bus Stand in Kamla Pur. It is a bit of a dusty area, especially with all the movement around the Tmc building. We spend a lot of our time outdoors with the cranes, so we are used to the heat. The weather here in the Bellary district can get very dry and harsh. We have been based at this spot for a good while and most people around the Old Bus Stand know who we are. We do not have a fancy office with air conditioning or soft carpets. Usually, we are just out in the yard or sitting in the small shed where we keep the maintenance records. Sometimes the buses make so much noise that it is hard to hear yourself think, but you get used to that after a week. We handle crane services for the local area and the rest of the Hospet Taluk. It is a very straightforward way of working. We get a call for a job and we head out. There is nothing corporate about the way we do things here. It is just a few of us making sure the machines are in good working order. Sometimes we sit under the shade of a tree to eat our lunch when the sun is too much.
