You can find Lakshmi Foods at 3-21, right where the Srirangapatna Jevargi Road meets the Bellary Hiriyur Road. It is a very busy junction, so we see a lot of travelers and long-distance truck drivers passing through at all hours. We have been operating from this location for quite a while now. We mainly focus on food items and basic supplies that people might need on a long journey or for their own kitchens at home. The building is a bit older, and the painted sign has seen better days, but we keep the inside well-stocked with fresh goods. It gets quite warm in the afternoons with the sun hitting the front, but we have a couple of old fans going. I usually handle the front counter while my brother manages the heavy deliveries coming in from the back. We get a lot of people asking for directions because of where we are situated between these big roads. We don't mind helping out since we know the area so well. The stock changes depending on what is available at the market that week, but we always have the staples like rice, sugar, and pulses. It is a lot of work keeping everything organized with so many different people coming in and out. We don't have a fancy website. You just have to pull over your vehicle and come inside to see what we have. It is a humble place for travelers.
