Medreich Limited

Medreich Limited is located out here in Hoskote-Taluk, on the Kolar Road. It’s a bit of a drive from the main Bangalore city, but this is where the actual manufacturing happens. We’ve got a large facility here in the Bangalore Rural district. Our daily routine is pretty much centered around the production lines and making sure the machinery is running like it should. We make a lot of different pharmaceutical products. It’s a busy place with shifts running and trucks coming in and out to pick up the orders. The air out here is a bit different from the city, a little more open and less crowded. We don't spend much time on fancy talk; we just focus on the output and making sure the quality is what it needs to be for the market. It’s a lot of hard work on the floor. Some of us have been here for years, and we’ve seen the place grow quite a bit since it started. It’s a serious environment because you can’t make mistakes with medicine. We just show up, do the work, and head home. There isn't much fluff about it. It’s a factory at the end of the day. We deal with the logistics of being on Kolar Road, which can be a bit dusty and loud with the traffic, but we keep the inside of the plant clean and orderly. It’s about sticking to the schedule and making sure every batch is right. That’s what matters to us in our daily grind.
