Indo Us Mim Pvt. Ltd. is located at No. 45 P in the KIADB Industrial Area. Being out in an industrial zone means it's a bit of a trek to get here from the city center. The surroundings are mostly other large buildings and wide roads with trucks moving back and forth all day. Our facility is a large, functional space with high ceilings and a lot of concrete. When you walk in, you can hear the steady hum of the equipment running. It’s a constant sound that you eventually stop noticing. We have a small office area blocked off from the main floor where the administrative stuff happens. The lighting is mostly bright fluorescent tubes that buzz a little bit. We have a break area where people sit during their shifts to eat lunch and have some tea. It is very much a workplace designed for utility rather than comfort. There are no fancy decorations or soft chairs. Everything is made of metal or heavy plastic. We follow a strict schedule because that is how things work in an industrial park. The gate is usually busy with deliveries coming in and out. It’s a long day for most of us, starting early and ending when the evening shift takes over. The dust from the road sometimes settles on the cars in the parking lot.
