Verma Engineering

Verma Engineering has been sitting near Mahilpur Adda on Court Road for quite some time now. You can't really miss us if you're heading that way. The shop is usually covered in a bit of machine oil and metal shavings because that’s just the nature of the mechanical work we do. We deal with engines, parts, and various bits that people bring in when something isn’t working right. It gets pretty loud when the machines are running, so we usually have to shout a bit to be heard over the noise. There are tools scattered across the benches, and we always seem to be looking for that one specific wrench we just had. Court Road stays busy with people going to and from the offices, so there’s always something to look at out the front door. We aren’t big on fancy decorations; the walls are mostly just bare brick or covered in old grease. It’s honest work that gets your hands dirty every single day. We take the parts apart, see what's wrong, and try to fix them up as best as we can with what we have. Sometimes a job takes longer than we thought, especially if a part is hard to find for an older machine. We just take it as it comes. It's a local shop through and through, and we know many of the faces that pass by our door every morning on their way to work. It's a living.
