The Epicure

You can find The Epicure right in the City Centre in Model Town. Hoshiarpur is a nice place to work, and being in the 146001 area keeps us busy most days. Model Town is where a lot of the action happens around here. We have been set up in the City Centre for a while. It is not a fancy or complicated place. We just focus on running the daily operations without much fuss. The people who come in are usually locals or folks doing their shopping in the area. We have a small team that handles everything from the front to the back. It is a lot of manual work and long hours, but that is just how the restaurant business is. We do not have any big corporate mission or anything like that. We just want to make sure the food is ready and the place is tidy. Sentence lengths vary because that is how we talk when we are busy. Sometimes we are rushed, sometimes it is quiet. The City Centre is a good spot because everyone knows where it is. We do not need to give long directions to people.
