Our office is actually House No.285/8, right near Prabhat Chowk in Milap Nagar. It’s a house we turned into a workspace, so it feels very homey. People often mistake it for a regular residence until they see the sign. We’ve been operating Skylark Property from here for a long time. Prabhat Chowk is a busy spot, and we are just a few steps away from the main hustle. We mostly work with the families around here. Since we are in a house, people feel more comfortable coming in and sitting down for a long chat. We don't have those fancy glass partitions or leather sofas. It’s just normal tables and chairs. We handle a lot of local rentals and sales in Milap Nagar. Most of the time, we know the landlord personally. We spend our mornings checking on new listings and our afternoons meeting people at the chowk. It’s a simple way of doing business. We don't use any complicated software; a lot of our notes are still in physical registers. If someone is looking for a place near the market, we know exactly which house is vacant. We’ve seen kids grow up and buy their own homes through us. It’s that kind of neighborhood. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't. We just know the local property market and we like helping our neighbors out with their housing needs.
